Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks after payment is received and verified. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We offer worldwide shipping to international destinations. Shipping rates, available delivery methods, and estimated transit times for your specific location are calculated and dynamically displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient/customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, any associated return shipping or penalty costs will be deducted from your order value.  

Shipping Delays & Risk of Loss

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to shipping carrier backlogs, international customs processing, weather events, or local postal disruptions. Once products are successfully transferred to the designated shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass directly to you.  

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that all purchases are governed by our strict final sale framework. We enforce a no-refunds / defect-only exchange policy. Items are only eligible for review and replacement if they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@merakibymomina.com if there is an issue.
